Justin Familiare

Owner
Justin's story began when he was 15 yrs old, learning how to install carpet from his father. Fast forwarding to today, Justin has grown the family business into a multi-crew residential, business to business, and commercial flooring company. After 20 years of working as an installer himself, he was able to see first hand the type of experience customers are interested in. Since then, Justin landed on two main beliefs: the necessity of building genuine relationships with our customers, businesses and distributors ...and to change lives one floor at a time!

Greg Gannon

Project Manager
Greg started working in the flooring industry in 2013 as an installer. Working alongside Justin for 5 years prior to Simple Charm opening in 2018, Greg continued on his venture when we opened our doors and he hasn't looked back! Proving himself to be efficient and reliable, Greg was promoted to his current position as our project manager in 2020. Since then, he has built a reputation as a professional and hardworking individual, taking his responsibilities seriously while keeping his lighthearted exterior.

Erin Pinard

Showroom Manager
Although Erin is somewhat new to the flooring industry, starting in January of 2022, her 20+ years of customer service experience brings a kindhearted, personable energy to the showroom, making our customers feel heard when discussing style choices for their homes and businesses. Erin quickly learned about every type of floor covering available at Simple Charm, and now has a great product knowledge. So, if you have any questions or need to get on the schedule for an estimate, she is the person you want to talk to. While she may be new to the flooring world, she is ready to take it by storm.

Jon Forsythe

Foreman
Jon joined our Simple Charm team in 2018, bringing with him 16 years of prior installation experience. He has given his all to each and every job since the beginning, offering a level of professionalism to this company. Every job he works, he shows his level of expertise and adaptiveness to the scale of each project. He is hard-woring and skillful in his craft. Jon represents Simple Charm with his tried and true attitude and holds himself to the highest standard, which shows with every install he completes.

Roy Garcia

Lead Installer
Joining us in 2023, Roy assists with our daily installations. Working as an installer since 2014, his experience has greatly increased our productivity. He is proficient in all floor coverings offering us the ability to have him handle our finish work when Jon is needed on other projects. He is positive and brings a patient sense of workmanship on every install!

Jenna Barikian

Showroom Assistant / Media Manager
Jenna came to us the summer of 2022, helping part-time in the showroom weekly, and handling all of our social media and marketing. Since she also works in real estate, Jenna has a natural networking ability that has helped our business to grow. You can find her in the showroom on Wednesdays, to help with sample selections or hop online to our social media pages to see the informative posts she creates for us!
